Join the #1 Home Equity originator ( Source: Company sources; Based on new commitments ) Our Home Equity team serves customers in all aspects of applying for and receiving home equity loans and/or lines of credit across the nation. This organization provides service to customers from the point of application submission, all the way to funding.

Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support one or more senior managers.

Duties include:

Using word processing to compose complex and/or confidential correspondence Balancing general ledger lines and/or expense accounts Researching general ledger issues Assisting with budgetary planning Compiling statistical data for financial planning Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers Handling complex and sensitive inquiries/call from external/internal sources Provides support for larger projects managed by others Acts as an information source on departmental/business unit policies and procedures May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals May establish office procedures and controls May coordinate all special events or office functions May direct the work of others 3+ years administrative support experience. Advanced level experience with Microsoft office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills Prior administrative experience supporting multiple large sites/group Must be detail oriented and very organized Strong communication/relationship skills Ability to be self directed and work with minimal supervision Experience in an administrative role supporting a team of at least 50+ Demonstrated experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite of products including: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
