Knowledge in Microsoft Office Softwares
Maintaining customer contact
ensuring all orders are accurately documented
offering excellent customer service to clients via email and phone calls
Requirements:
- Fluent English is required.
- Must be hard working / Motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast moving/high stress environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks.
- Must provide quality customer service.
- Must be proactive, business oriented, and professional
- Ability to multitask
