Our client is currently seeking several results-oriented individuals to join their Service Department here in Jacksonville, FL. Working in the Customer Service Center these individuals will play a key role in the client experience, handling inbound and outbound phone calls from both clients and agents. These positions will provide a broad range of insurance-related customer service, with the goal of maintaining and strengthening new and existing relationships.
Customer Services Representatives will be receiving calls to help provide quotes, changes personal information, send out new identification cards, this does require problem solving. During these calls they must be able to navigate through several systems utilizing the 10 key and in putting data all while providing excellent customer service.
