About this job
Responsibilities include:
*Prepare Civil and Land Development drawings to include site layout, grading, storm water management, erosion control and utility plans;
*Prepare subdivision plans;
*Prepare easement plans (in accordance with registry standards);
*Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards;
*Produce and manage drawing sets.
CAD Drafter/Designer to work in our Site/Land Development Group.
Qualifications:
*Associates or Technical degree in Drafting & Design is preferred;
*A minimum of 5 to 10 years of related land development drafting experience required;
* Must be Autocad proficient (3D required);
*Ability to read and understand plans, profiles, cross-sections, and details;
*Ability to follow drafting and plan preparation standards.
