Deburr Technician

Our client a Precision Manufacturing Company - In their Machine Shop, they do the welding and fabricating of parts, assembly and tooling for Defense, Aerospace, Turbines, Medical Devices, Industrial processing & fluid control.

This person will be:

• Handling the sheet metal after it has been cut to size.
• They will be doing seam welds and spot welds.
• Knock off sharp edges
• Buff discoloring of the weld
• Use of deburr wheels, debuff hooks, angle grinders, sand paper

Their first 1-2 weeks they will be with a lead for training.

**This person needs to be cross-trainable. While the majority of their time will include the duties above, they also may be working in the machine shop. This would include the changing of tools in the CNC machines. They do not have to set-up, operate or program. Simply interchage the tools and press the button.**
