JOB RESPONDSIBILITIES:
* Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
* Receives customer orders by telephone, fax and email
* Provides supply quotes to customers
* Resolves customer questions related to orders
* Follows up with Customer regarding order
* knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items and similar data
* Orders equipment / Supplies as approved by supervisor
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answers the phone in a professional and friendly manner
* Assists with returns and replacements as needed
* Filing
* Inventory
* Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
One (1) year's experience in customer service a plus.Have a pleasant telephone voice/manner, ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job. Ability to lift 50 lbs. A background Check is done and being able to get your NC Alarm System Registrant a must for the job.
