Beauty Advisor

This position is responsible for providing an upscale beauty experience to customers in our exciting retail space! The beauty advisor plays an integral role in creating an amazing customer experience by consulting with customers on their skin care needs, conducting skin care analysis, recommending appropriate products, and processing transactions. Also responsible for responding to customer concerns and requests, and ensuring all bookstore property and personnel are secure.
âa, ¢ Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with cosmetic products and services
âa, ¢ Strong understanding of cosmetic line and offerings
âa, ¢ Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items
âa, ¢ Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
âa, ¢ Ensures merchandise is organized according to company standards and conduct inventory audits
âa, ¢ Maintains the display of merchandise to ensure floor space is neat, clean, and organized
âa, ¢ Walkthrough cosmetics department daily to ensure proper stock levels, inventory placement, and customer service levels
âa, ¢ Pulls and verifies return to vendors, monitor markdowns and damaged goods
âa, ¢ Process invoices, packing slips ensuring accuracy and timeliness
âa, ¢ Provides excellent customer service by performing all duties as assigned
