* High school diploma or GED
* 1 year of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
* Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
* HVAC Certification preferred
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
