The Client Solutions Advisor Pharmacist is responsible for representing the specialty group’s innovative products and programs with prospects & existing clients, and driving adoption of these solutions. As part of their client-facing role, they will be responsible for taking calculated risks to advance new opportunities for our business. This individual will collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Services team to serve Specialty clients and drive adoption of our trend management solutions. They will also be responsible for engaging and educating our internal Sales and Account team on the growing Specialty business.

As a core member of the client-facing team responsible for representing our specialty solutions to payor clients across segments, this individual will:

* Interact with clients to drive adoption of specialty products & programs

* Seek to understand (firsthand) the evolving trend management needs of our clients

* Consult with clients on the specialty products and programs most likely to help control their costs while either increasing or holding quality constant

* Serve as an advisor and educator for our Sales and Account Services team

* Keep abreast of the changing specialty marketplace, maintaining a credible level of expertise on the major drivers of change, significant new drug launches, and evolving practice patterns

* Combine market intelligence, client requests, and organic innovation to formulate new product/program options for sharing with our Specialty Product strategy & management team

* Work closely with the Specialty Client Analytics team to guide and review the analyses underlying client reports

* Deliver & present client reports, emphasizing and staying consistent with a data-driven team culture

* Work with the Specialty Program Strategy & Management and Business Operations teams to support their prioritization efforts, helping to provider the voice of the customer

* Collaborating with Sales & Accounting Services and Marketing to drive effective product promotion and client adoption

* Support ongoing education of key internal stakeholder groups, including Sales & Account Services, on Specialty trends & product offerings

Position can be located anywhere in the US with ability to travel.

Required Qualifications * Minimum 7 years experience in the PBM, Health Plan, Specialty pharmacy, Pharmacy Sales, or strategy consulting

* 5+ years experience in a client facing role

* Ability to creatively solve complex client problems with an appropriate mix of quantitative analytics, market-based pragmatism, and sound business judgment

* Proven strong strategic and solution-oriented thinking capability

* Proven experience providing excellent verbal presentation skills and presence, with the ability to assess the audience and appropriately tailor the message, tone, and style of presentation accordingly

* Proven ability to influence and establish rapport with colleagues both senior and junior to him/her

* Understands our various P&Ls and to make sound decisions to grow short & long term profitability

* Proven exemplary leadership and management skills, with interest in mentoring others

* Ability to achieve established goals while navigating a complex and highly matrixed organization

*Valid pharmacy license
