Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising the operations and performance standards of the Customer Service Staff in the Specialty Customer Service Department. This includes both FTE and Contingent Labor. This position is responsible for aiding in the essential duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives and Enrollment Coordinators. This position is also responsible for assisting with supervisory coverage with the Enrollment Coordinator Team and assisting in the planning and development of new strategies and procedures within the Specialty Customer Service arena. Required Qualifications:

6+ years of related work experience. Minimum of 2 years Call Center Management experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: This position interacts with various levels of personnel. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with various levels of customers, internal and external. Strong written and verbal communication is critial along with interpersonal skills. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position must be able to analyze and interpret various financial reports and information in areas such as referral and call volume statistics, etc. REASONING ABILITY: This position must be able to construct viable options and solutions to numerous Admissions and Customer Service activities and issues. This position requires the ability to review data, make a determination of impact and risk and determine the best course of action based upon the situation. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated knowledge of Call Center Management, health care, admissions, and information systems along with strong problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills are required. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic insurance and third party terms and medical terminology are preferred. Ability to learn and understand complex phone systems and the data reporting tools that accompany those systems. Interpersonal, organizational skills, and detail orientation, and ability to prioritize workload are essential to the position. Education:

BA degree required, or equivalent years of experience. BA degree preferably in Business, Health Care Administration or related field and/or equivalent management experience in a call center industry. Business Overview:
