Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Advisor of Specialty Manufacturer Services acts as the Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturer relationship and support activities, managing the resolution status of routine to complex client requests, analyzing problems, identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and creative solutions.

As the Advisor of Specialty Manufacturer Services you will be able develop and manage projects and initiatives including developing project plans, timelines, setting meeting agendas, documenting notes and action items, conducting follow up, and effectively prioritize tasks. Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status of all assigned projects in both formal and informal settings, using clear, understandable language and candid, open communications. Required Qualifications:

* Demonstrate a high level of quality client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professionalism on every interaction often times with tight timelines and contractual obligations. * Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and ability to work across boundaries and collaborate with internal colleagues and external clients. . * Strong project management skills including attention to detail, follow-up and working to tight deadlines. * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation. * Demonstrated experience in defining, organizing and leading cross-functional projects. * Proven proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and Sharepoint. * 10+ years of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Account Management or related industry experience required. * 2+ years client facing experience required Preferred Qualifications:

* Specialty pharmacy or healthcare industry experience preferred * Pharmaceutical manufacturer facing experience preferred Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent required Business Overview:
