Account Executive

Your responsibilities: Primarily making outbound calls to current customers, offering services in a consultative manner, and matching customer needs. Account Executives will additionally be responsible for up selling and cross selling, improving the customer experience, and positively interacting with other departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints. As an Account Executive you will be a critical component of maximizing sales nationwide.

Job duties: Developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of current products, and the ability to communicate them effectively to our customers

• Explaining basic advertising, digital media and marketing concepts (SEM, SEO)
• Providing outstanding support and service to internal and external customers
• Establishing customer rapport, building and maintaining long term relationships
• Order entry when interacting live with a customer (CRM model)
• Showing a spirited enthusiasm for individual, and team goals
• The ability to learn about the clients needs and close the sale (Sales Executive team)

We are looking for - Self-motivated, outgoing and performance driven-personality

- 1-2 years sales or customer service experience - Highly effective written and oral communication skills

- A commitment to maintaining acceptable attendance to ensure a high level of internal and external customer support

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to use Excel and client management tools to maximize time

- Experience in advertising or media sales an asset

- Strong communication skills both written and oral; must have professional phone etiquette

Contract to Hire* Raise when you go permanent (between $40,000-$45,000)

Pay Rate $16-18/ hour
