Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Specialists who can work 40 hours per week on various second shifts. Responsibilities include answering telephone calls and satisfying customer needs, make quality assurance and warranty calls, credit card expiration date calls, and perform general clerical duties when assigned.


Skills/Requirements:

Above average computer and typing skills

Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality

Handling a large number of calls daily

Ability to multi-task

Positive, professional attitude and desire to help people

Prior call center experience a plus
