VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR III – F/C (HVAC)

HARDEE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION IN BOWLING GREEN, FLORIDA

THIS IS A CAREER SERVICE POSITION WITH A SALARY RANGE OF $26,540.54-$42,500.12

THE DEPARTMENT NORMALLY HIRES AT THE MINIMUM OF THE PAY RANGE

Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:

Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication.

Knowledge of a skilled vocation such as Boiler Room Operator, Electrical, Electronics, Food Service, General Maintenance, HVAC, Plumber, Wastewater and Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Water Plant Operator or Preventative Maintenance as it relates to the vocation on this position description.

Skill in performing a skilled vocation such as Boiler Room Operator, Electrical, Electronics, Food Service, General Maintenance, HVAC, Plumber, Wastewater and Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Water Plant Operator or Preventative Maintenance as it relates to the vocation on this position description.

Ability to work in a training capacity with people in individual and group settings.

Ability to collect, record and evaluate data relating to the training of individuals.

Ability to prepare and maintain records and other instructional materials.
