Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

Able to understand and apply basic computer skills and record data accurately.

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external departments, physician’s offices and participants. Familiar with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is helpful. Knowledge and comfort around using computer systems and phone systems that will be used on a daily basis.

* Receives and resolves issues over the phone & routes appropriately.

* Places outbound calls to participant and or Dr’s offices.

* Prepares orders and coordinates deliveries.

* Collects and enters insurance and benefit data.

* Assists with administrative and operations duties as needed.

* May conduct benefit investigations as needed.

*Understands and demonstrates CVS/Caremark Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Caring, Integrity and Accountability Required Qualifications:

*High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Strong customer service skills.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Strong knowledge of computer programs.

*Excellent data entry skills Preferred Qualifications:

*1 year professional work experience preferred, involving inbound and/or outbound phone customer service.

*Certified or Registered with NJ Board of Pharmacy Education:
