Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Manager 1 for Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida. This is a high profile facility with 204 licensed beds.
The ideal canidate will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and proceses, including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light Inspections. Client engagement and patient satisfaction are essential for the success of this role.
The preferred candidate will oversee the professional development, training and scheduling for 25 union hourly employees.
This is a 2nd Shift position with some 3rd shift responsibility.
Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
