Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Director, Specialty Product Development will be responsible for all aspects of strategic product management including the development of strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management; and oversight of product development, modeling, underwriting, and operational readiness (including implementation plans). The Director, Specialty Products will identify key opportunities to pilot products/programs and drive enhancements. In addition, they will evaluate the success of the pilots and develop a final product that is scalable in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in a product development, product management or similar role with experience creating and executing product launches.

· Have a firm understanding of the Oncology market place from a provider/managed care/ and hospital perspective

· Have a solid understanding of the infusion regulations as it relates to provider offices, 503a and 503b regulations

· Strong financial and clinical acumen on oncology economics

· 5 years in a leadership role that includes strategic and solution-oriented capabilities, superb communication skills, including the ability to present to internal and external C suite leaders and effective writing skills which includes the ability to write succinct, clear, well-synthesized proposals.

· 5 years experience at managing various P&Ls and proven track record of making sound decisions to grow short & long term profitability
