We are currently looking for Technical Recruiter (Wireless) with recent, successful experience working with a telecom consulting firm. We are a fast paced, global consulting firm with long term opportunity. We are looking for those who can find, attract and retain the best of the best in the industry. Must be creative and have strong relationship skills, able to juggle a high req load and also pay attention to the details.

Description of responsibilities:

  • Recruiter is responsible for executing the recruiting strategy of the Engineering team within company as well as support the Fixed Net , I&C and Deployment Services Groups in the organization.
  • Recruiter will partner closely with Operations Leadership as well as the business leadership to ensure that recruiting is consistent with the business goals.
  • Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires.
  • Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search.
  • Perform phone based proactive candidate and sourcing activities. Drive recruiting processes that ensure consistency with company policies and procedures

Experience & skills required:

  • BA degree
  • Previous recruitment of RF Wireless or Telecommunications professionals required.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) preferably with sPro, Fieldglass, Tapfin and Agile-1.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business areas quickly.
  • Excellent networking skills and comfort in dealing with all levels of staff and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication (oral and written) and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience understanding the business need for a client and doing full life cycle recruiting.
