Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Consultant Relations Advisor is responsible for leading operational initiatives supporting the Consultant Relations Sales Team reporting into the VP of Market Intelligence. Specific duties include:

1. Coordination and Management of all SalesForce.com-related activities, including development initiatives, planning and updates

2. Developing and maintaining internal and external reporting processes, presentations with the understanding of department goals, measurement criteria, executive level sales strategies and initiatives, and data sources (i.e. SalesForce.com, Underwriting, Strategic Proposal Management)

3. Managing electronic communications which includes, planned weekly and monthly updates and marketplace occurrence updates - coordination, execution and segmentation of messages under direction of VP Market Intelligence

• Develop strong inter-company relationships across functional areas and across varying levels of leadership levels

4. Supporting creation and maintenance of executive level summaries

5. Coordinating Consultant Webinars – scheduling, content creation, webinar production

6. Responding to consultant informational requests - accessing information inside the business and assuring appropriate response for external review

7. Learning and applying determination of the most appropriate internal colleagues to access for response efforts is critical Required Qualifications:

1.Minimum of 4 years related experience in a sales/account management role

2. Proficient with SalesForce.com Preferred Qualifications:

1. Exceptional Organization Skills – Ability to work in a fast paced, change oriented environment

2. Executive Leadership Visibility – Professional demeanor and presentation

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Strong business acumen

5. Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

6. Project management skills
