* Cleaning residents' apartments on a weekly basis or as needed, as well as public spaces to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests
* Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
* Submitting maintenance work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and direction as requested
We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* <1 year of housekeeping experience
* Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Must pass pre-employment drug screening and back ground check, as well as a current TB test
* Flexibility with schedule with the ability to work some weekends
