The Call Center Representative - Bilingual Spanish job works out of office located in Lincoln Ri. Expected work hours are 12:30pm and 9:00 pm with rotating weekend days and holidays.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
The Call Center Representative - Bilingual Spanish job provides service and information to customers regarding all types of inquiries related to cvs.com and refill reminder services. This position also supports programs to increase revenue, generate sales and conserve existing assets.
Respond and research CVS.com requests from customers via telephone and e-mail.
Accurately complete and submit all types of CVS.com orders as well as record notes to customer accounts to provide detailed account history.
Provide assistance with website navigation and placing CVS.com and Photo web orders.
Provide company and product information
Follow defined policies and procedures to provide a consistent level of excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to patients regarding maintenance medications.
Follow-up with local CVS stores to ensure script is ready as promised when necessary.
Specialty programs such as surveys, promotional sales, and store follow up calls.
Efficiently access multiple electronic systems and lan/pc to provide complete response.
Other related duties and projects, as assigned, to support business needs.
Required Qualifications Basic skills required for the Call Center Representative - Bilingual Spanish job:
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Call Center Experience
* One to two years in a customer service role or relevant experience required; prior call center experience required
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
* Superior telephone etiquette
* Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
* Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting quality image of CVS Caremark
* Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment
* Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications Retail/Call Center experience preferred
Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
