Overview
Reports to DSM for store responsibilities and to Area HR Director/Recruiter for training accountabilities
Maintains dual responsibility of Manager and Trainer: 35% Manager, 65% Trainer
Coordinates training of management and Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated presentation and training skills in a classroom environment
Proven understanding and application of Adult Learning Theory
Previous experience in a “line” department function or equivalent
Ability to communicate Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of supervisory experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service or at least one year of work experience in these types of businesses, preferably at a supervisor level Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Business Overview:
