As Operations Coordinator you will oversee both operations and pharmacy processes offering the opportunity to develop your knowledge in the healthcare field. Lead the warehouse team supporting branches branch and developing a staff that will ship, receive and distribute patient supplies orders. You will interact with various departments at the branch to ensure that patient orders are being processed effectively.
Make a difference by bringing your personal touch a patient’s life by ensuring the overall organization and workflow of the branch warehouse processes patient orders accurately and shipped in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
* Procure drugs, solutions ancillary supplies and equipment from vendors to ensure preferred product compliance.
* Oversee purchasing system for orders and coordination of delivery activities ensuring compliance.
* Manage service center inventory, monitor product expiration dates.
* Communicate with service centers and corporate office personnel to meet business requirements.
* Ensure files and records of all supply transactions and delivery activities are compliant.
* Follow up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls, damaged freight claims.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 1 year experience with administrative/clerical duties.
* Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
* Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a healthcare setting.
Education Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Clinical Licensure Required N/A
