We are seeking a qualified Assembly Production Supervisor to ensure that every package that leaves our warehouse is of the highest quality gifts.
Job Description:
The Assembly Production Supervisor will assist the Production Manager in all daily functions of a large production facility (150,000+ sq. ft.) with a wide variety of tasks and challenges. No previous experience in gift basket assembly required. We are more interested in finding someone who matches our core values and can thrive in our type of friendly, supportive environment, where everyone is accountable and excited to be here. It's very unlikely anyone has past experience doing this job so let us tell you the type of person we are looking for.
Qualifications:
A very strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Your ability to solve problems and get things done
Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
Your sense of duty and Ownership of your job and your piece of our company that you manage.
Your past work references (Do they speak highly of you)
You must be comfortable using a simple computer program
You must have your own reliable transportation
You must past a drug test
You must be able to lead a small year round crew and a larger one at Christmas
Confident in yourself and interested in helping others around you grow and learn
Reliable and able to work at least 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
Ability to lead and motivate people with a positive, friendly, and respectful attitude
What type of experience would we find helpful?
Leading people or teams in almost any situation (previous jobs, the military, sports teams, clubs, church groups)
Any type of light warehouse assembly, shipping & receiving or inventory experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish) or at least a working knowledge of Spanish
