Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

Accountable for the Quality Control aspect of all Member Communication mailing activity for CVS/Caremark products and our clients. This position is responsible for reviewing communications to ensure accuracy in template content, format and customization. Provide feedback on and suggestions for improving quality assurance procedures. Changing standards and procedures to necessitate the continued training throughout the team. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects. May need to coordinate the work of proofing with others. Some work in proprietary workflow tool needed.

Required Qualifications:

Proof reading of merged templates to data for members/prescribers against internal applications and databases to confirm accuracy of data populating to template, layout of data within templates, proper suppressions or exclusions applied to proofs, mapping of data to right location on right template, html links properly connecting to right location, etc. This can include print, email, text and other channels as necessary. Document all discrepencies in appropriate tools to capture necessary changes or approvals. Interface with the internal teams to review and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Interface with workflow tool as well as other internal and external portals for daily assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education*: Some college or equivalent work experience. Previous work in a quality verification area preferred.

Experience*: CVS Caremark experience and knowledge of the PBM Operations environment preferred. Accurate typing and data entry skills. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Prior proof reading experience a must. 1-3 yr proofing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: This position requires a solid command of the English language, including an ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence. Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to interact effectively internally with cross functional diverse teams. Error avoidance focus is key in maintaining integrity of quality in communications. Solid organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to work in a team environment. Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis. Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines. Professional and business minded approach and appearance.

Education:
