Temporary Product Technician

LOCATION: Camas, WA

SALARY: $17.90/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: A local company seeks an experienced Product Technician to temporarily join their team. If you have exceptional customer service skills, are highly motivated and mechanically inclined, we want to hear from you! This position is temporary for six months, with some potential to grow into a permanent position. Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Primary duties for this position will include: Answering in bound calls, emails and faxes to troubleshoot and resolve parts and technical questions; utilizing company resources, manuals, diagrams and personal knowledge to find solutions; maintain customer satisfaction; develop and maintain understanding of product applications and components; report quality issues to tech teams; write reports and technical manuals as needed; provide occasional assistance with presentation and other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

- Must have at least two years of technical service or five years of general maintenance experience.

- Must be technically, electrically and mechanically inclined.

- Must have strong customer service skills.

- Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams.

- Must be able to interpret instructions.

- Must have strong communication skills.

- Must be able to calculate BTUs, GPM, GPH, SCFH and other basic mathematical equations.

- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
