Minimum of one year restaurant service experience required. Neat and well-groomed appearance. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Take a strong personal interest in guest satisfaction. Must be able to work out doors in different types of weather conditions. Providing dining service to guests in a manner in which is in keeping with the established standards of service. Develop repeat business by maintaining a congenial attitude towards all guests and by demonstrating an awareness of proper service standards through daily guest service. Prepare assigned stations for full service of the day. Use suggestive selling techniques when taking food and beverage orders. Maintain a constant awareness of guest needs through teamwork. Accurately prepare all guest checks. All candidates must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
