What you will do:
Take inbound calls assisting customers to find the right programming, bundling and service package to meet each customer's personalized needs. Each call is a sales opportunity to inform our customers of current TV or movie channel promotions and providing an outstanding and personalized customer experience.

What we are looking for:

* Prior customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus!
* Demonstrated sales aptitude, must be comfortable making the pitch and overcoming objections
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, flexible work environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation
* A continuous improvement mindset - we are always looking to do things better!
* Very comfortable learning new computer applications; must have the ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Type 20 words per minute.
