Licensed Massage Therapist - Full-time / Part-time

Principle duties include:
*Welcome guests and members as well as provide tours of our beautiful brand new Spa.
*Ability to provide exceptional customer service and educate guests and members about our wellness program and related health care products.
*Design and communicate a customized massage sessions based on clients' individual needs or desires.
*Understand the importance of Informed consent, Draping Policy and developing a treatment Plan.
*Ability to perform consecutive 50, 90-minute up to 120min customized massage sessions.
*Complete accurate client in take or treatment SOAP notes.
*Execute professional boundaries and refrains from engaging in any dual relationships with clients.
*Protects clients information and confidentiality
*Enthusiastically promotes the health and wellness benefits of massage to the guests and members.
*Promotes the benefits of clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
*Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
*Generate clientele and build rapport through promoting member referral and guest pass programs.
*Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Position requirements:
*Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
*Employment is granted on a clean criminal background check.
*Must carry your own liability insurance. (Massage Envy discounts provided with ABMP & AMTA)
*Knowledge of Swedish required and Deep Tissue Massage recommended.
*Knowledge of other various modalities an asset but CEU training is available onsite to promote continued growth.
*Customer service oriented and communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
*Able to work flexible days and hours.
*Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
