About this job
Provides analytical support for brand finance and innovation for the Starbucks JV (NACP)
Supports Finance Director and Marketing in Strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan development for NACP
Prepares brand volume forecasts on an ongoing basis to support Plan and Forecast processes
Supports innovation Stage Gate process with participation on project teams and maintenance of key innovation databases
Develops detailed financial analyses to inform business cases and support decisions on brand strategies and product/package innovations
Collaborates cross-functionally on financial inputs across Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales and Revenue Management
Supports ongoing brand and innovation reporting and ad hoc senior management requests for NACP
Leads overall brand share reporting process and serves as functional expert and liaison for IRI
Leads PBC SKU rationalization model to evaluate potential SKUs for discontinuation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus
Strong financial acumen and financial modeling experience; strategy experience a plus
Strong problem solving and analysis skills and sound business judgment
Knowledge of IRI and ability to learn internal reporting systems (STAR2, Essbase, ERT)
Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities
Capable of working independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships
Strong written and oral communication
Passion for consumer products
