General Responsibilities:

As an ExpressRent Frontline Sales Manager, you are the driving force in generating sales revenue, as you manage your sales team in the high volume fast paced rental car market. You will optimize the ExpressRent Kiosk Sales and Service Representatives performance through training, coaching and mentoring for sales effectiveness. In addition, you will direct the entire ExpressRent Kiosk sales process, upsell pricing, sales strategies and much more.

The job is one of an engagement leader. To be successful, this will be key. You will be required to engage and develop the team of ExpressRent sales reps. You will be required to engage the location's Team Performance Leaders who will help support the sales efforts operationally. You will work with and engage the location's Site Manager as he/she leads the location. You will be working closely with other ERK Frontline Sales Managers to share best practices.

Maximize sales revenue by exceeding SRPD performance targets

Develop and execute effective sales strategies in conjunction with the local management teams to drive sales and maintain a high level of customer service Train, coach and motivate the Frontline ExpressRent sales staff, through one-on-one interactions and group sales initiatives Work with local management in identifying products and/or opportunities for generating revenues Communicate daily sales opportunities to the front line Assess operational strategies to achieve peak performance Review sales results and apply necessary strategies to obtain business objectives Monitor individual sale performance and strategize throughout the day Complete all reports related to mapping sales performance Coordinate with location management to set frontline goals and monitor daily performance Complete verbal and written coach sessions Work directly with ERK Frontline Sales Managers, Site Manager, and the local management team to execute action plans Monitor, coordinate and take daily actions on product pricing based on vehicle demands Identify and recommend necessary action to improve low performance Implement & communicate new procedures, programs, and system changes dealing with revenue management. Communicate with management regarding trends and observations, fleet availability, customer demand, customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities through upsells and selling ancillary products.

Mandatory Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelors in a Business related degree program required; Professional Experience:

Sales experience required (large-scale center experience desired) Operations experience highly desired Experience in driving frontline sales Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Development & Training .

Knowledge/Skills:

Proven sales record and performance leadership Engagement leader -- with the counter sales reps, the location's site manager, the location's TPL's, and the Region Frontline Managers. Excellent analytical problem solving skills Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically: Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to create, develop and implement motivational sales training and sales programs Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills Time management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency Ability to develop Subordinates
