Operator Responsibilities: -Acts safely and holds others accountable for safety -Performs machine set up according to SOP -Performs frequent quality checks -Performs scheduled preventative maintenance -Trouble shooting machine issues as needed -Maintain a high level of production while working safely -Communicate with supervisors effectively Requirements: -Must have prior moulding or ripsaw experience -Must have excellent attendance -Will be required to work 10 hour shifts with overtime as needed -Must be able to speak, read and write English -Must be able to perform simple math equations -Will be required to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs. through out shift -Must pass mechanical aptitude test Compensation and Benefits: -Competitive starting salary based on skills and experience -Profit sharing bonus -Comprehensive benefits package -Opportunity for career and salary advancement based on performance Applications can be filled out at the Metrie facility - 10134 Kings Dominion Blvd, Doswell, VA
