Position Description:
The Employer Installation Administrator is responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials.

materials. Positions are responsible for overall employer contract
loading using various databases and/or source documents. May research
installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May
include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and
reporting standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents
- Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
- Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions
- Build, maintain, and audit benefits in RxClaim
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts
- Provide and design all pieces for implementation
- Analyze data
- Design the benefit plan
- Support client management with research
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
- Works with less structured, more complex issues.
- Serves as a resource to others.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
- 2+ years previous experience presenting to clients and interacting with clients face-to-face
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- 2+ years previous implementation management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous Project Management experience preferred
- Previous experience with the Medical and or Pharmacy Benefits industry
- Previous implementation experience within the healthcare/health insurance industry
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a process driven environment
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer
- Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
