Our client is seeking excellent warehouse employees for their location in Mokena, IL! This is a great opportunity with a chance to get hired on with a great company, increase in pay upon hire! Description: *Receive customer product requests from the system and RF Scanner and locate them within the warehouse. *Pick orders off shelves efficiently and bring to staging area to be packaged for shipping. *Assure that products in staging area match the quantity required in the customer order request. *Package orders. Job Requirements & Candidate Aptitude/Abilities: *A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. *A minimum of 6-months experience picking and packing orders preferred. The role involves picking orders quickly and accurately. *RF Scanner experience preferred. *Strong organizational skills with ability to follow instructions to get assigned tasks completed as accurately and efficiently. *A can do, positive attitude with high energy level. *Ability to lift up to 35lbs, bend and stand on feet over long periods of time. *Have transportation to Mokena, IL Training: Training will be provided on using the order system and RF Scanner and locating product. Training will also be provided on staging and packaging customer orders. Environment: Individuals will work indoors in heated warehouse. The warehouse does not have AC for the summer months. Dress Code: No rips or tears or graphics, jeans are okay. Steel toe boots preferred. Compensation & Benefits Upon Hire: There are opportunities to increase salary and move through the organization.
