About this job

Objective-

To execute all daily and weekly operational tasks and projects tied to achieving and maintaining inventory results at or below store and company goals.

Specific Responsibilities-

Execution of weekly inventory control checklist

Analyze and communicate opportunities within the inventory control checklist to operations manager

Create a weekly plan with operations manager to impact opportunities found within the inventory control checklist

Execution of all weekly product markdowns

Execution of weekly email projects that pertain to Zumiez high volume street locations

Audit of any logs or reports specifically requested by operations manager or store operating manager

Daily and weekly product audits to ensure all product from backroom is displayed on sales floor at all times

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications-

Commitment to outstanding customer service

Successful retail management or leadership experience

Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills

Knowledge of the brands and styles associated with Zumiez and the lifestyles it supports

Ability to work full time hours including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

Regular and predictable attendance

Timeline-

Execute daily and weekly to impact the period

Measure-

Inventory results per cycle

Sales results to plan

Inventory control checklist completion percentage

Markdown completion percentage
