To deliver quality treatment and student care serving as member of interdisciplinary team supporting school's program and philosophy to meet students' general and psychiatric nursing care needs to assure students' well-being and safety. Actively and constructively participates on the multi-disciplinary treatment team in a manner that supports the school's treatment program and philosophy and assures the deliverance of quality treatment to our students.

Possess current RN license in State of Utah demonstrates sound leadership skills and utilizes these skills in organizing the activities and schedules for medical and/or non-medical tasks for a given shift, record of consistently high quality of clinical and interpersonal skills to be an exemplary role model to others basic knowledge of abnormal psychology and application of this knowledge in arena of nursing care advanced knowledge of medical terminology, specifically medical terms associated with psychiatric care basic teaching or training skills helpful problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills crisis intervention skills written and oral communication skills skills in facilitating and/or co-facilitating process-oriented and didactic groups useful skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with variety of clinical and support team members empathy for students and their families flexibility.
