Primary Responsibilities: 


This position is in Virtual Operations – the operations area that supports 1-100 Small Business new business sales processing from quoting through coordination of installation. The Director, Workforce and Reporting will:  



  • Manage scheduling and forecasting of staff capacity for 200 Sales Operations processors overseen by 13 managers - both on and off shore

  • Positions in this function are responsible for all scheduling, incoming work volume monitoring and adjusting as needed

  • Responsible for determining and communicating work schedules and resources for various work queues

  • Works with managers to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring

  • Manage  reporting and data analytics – Executive Reporting, Day to day management reports, performance data analysis

  • Managing Sharepoint, databases and other tools used by processors

  • Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance analysts  managing tools, producing reports (both regular and ad hoc), as well as development of new tools and reports

  • Presenting to leadership performance results, recommendations based data analysis, and leading national inventory and reporting meetings

Requirements


Required Qualifications:   



  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Direct workforce management in production environment -preferably real time

  • 5+years of reporting and data analysis experience

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills - ability to develop, run and present reports

  • 5+ years of management experience - managing reporting and analyst staff

  

Preferred Qualifications:  



  • Advanced knowledge of sharepoint or database (SQL) development and maintenance, and Tableau
