About this job

Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Development and Director of Development, while also demonstrating the ability to support creatively with entry level development responsibilities.

Job Duties

Provide Administrative support; i.e. answer phones, process mail, coordinate travel, maintain filing and databases, set up meetings, etc.

Create and maintain talent, filmmaker, staff and crew lists.

Read scripts and write coverage.

Assist the VP and Director of Development with project development regarding research, write sourcing and project notes.

Maintain talent databases and digital file management within the office. Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in long form development or an agency

Proficient in Mac, Microsoft Office Suite and Final Draft.

Demonstrate ability to multi-task, organize effectively, manage competing priorities and follow through.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formulation of script coverage.

Capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization

Proficiency in Power Point

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
