I. Job Summary

Directs activities and employees involved with managing Oilfield Facility Maintenance for client companies.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Responsible for managing the field service staff in customer support activities and the administration of resources required to accomplish site activities.

Accurately determines project cost based on intimate job knowledge and experience to eliminate financial surprises by effectively managing the project and providing accurate costing feedback to estimating.

Reads and interprets established scope of work. Plans specifications to ensure complete understanding of all project requirements. Develops project plans, phases and schedules. Communicates plan and schedule changes, alternate work assignments, change orders and scope revisions to the project team.

Offers customers new and innovative solutions to ensure quality, reduce risk, and provide the lowest total cost.

Manages Subcontractors and Vendors to surpass customer expectations, minimize risk, and lower cost.

Oversees administrative deliverables to minimize risk and allow for timely and accurate decisions.

Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.

Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.

Directs workers concerned with major maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations.

Represents Waste Management through demonstrating the highest level of safety and performance throughout your department, to customers, vendors and industry representatives.

Serves as a leader to build and develop a strong team to support and sustain profitable growth and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth for our team.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and vendors to increase profitable and sustainable growth.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of Roustabout Foreman & Crews. This includes:

Direct supervision of approximately 1 to 6 full-time Foremen and indirect supervision of up approximately up 75 Roustabouts.

Working with clients to ensure their view of service and quality are being maintained.

Managing Sub-Contractors and Vendors.

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Required: High school diploma or G.E.D., and 3-5 years previous experience managing oilfield facility maintenance, Flow-Testing and/or Well-Tending (Pumpers) with progressive personnel and project management experience for the oilfield industry.

Preferred: Associate's Degree, in related field and more than 5 years previous oilfield experience managing Roustabout crews and/or facility maintenance.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

Valid Driver License

Ability to obtain a Federal Medical Certificate (Fed Med card) and Commercial Driver License (CDL) if required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Must be willing report daily to assigned office (Williston, ND) or assigned field location. Ability to travel (75-95%) to job-sites in North Dakota, Montana or other locations as required.

Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements as part of the work day;

Normal setting for this job is: office setting and/or construction site.
