Primary Responsibilities:
 




  • Speak with members (inbound / outbound) about Stop Smoking for Life program.

  • This is a telephone position with the Registration Department in Seattle.






Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Must be able to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word,  Excel and Outlook.

  • 6+ months Customer Services (in person or telephonic).

  • Must be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and perform data entry.

  • 2+ years Tobacco free.
  • Conversion on 6/8/15 contingent
    upon meeting all quality, productivity, professionalism, dependability, and
    agency hour expectations set during temporary assignment.  Once you have
    that up, we'll have all of the remaining Reg agents who we're planning to
    convert apply.


 Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in a Call Center environment

  • Professional experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role
