Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.  




Primary Responsibilities:  




  • Perform the role of BSL (Business Service Liaison), Supporting Advocacy Operations staff



  • Complete on-boarding and off-boarding of operational staff, accurately documenting all steps  



  • Extensive work experience within own function  



  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures  



  • Works independently   



  • May act as a resource for others  



  • May coordinate others activities

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 




  • High school education or equivalent experience  



  • Experienced in computer and phone technology 



  • Experience in working with multiple data bases 



  • The position interacts with clinical, sales, and network professionals 



  • Directly supports 1 VP and 3 Directors 



  • Has some support responsibilities for the team
