We have a part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

CSR's main task is to offer full range of customer service to assigned Employer's Clients, by phone, fax, or mail/e-mail. Full range of customer service includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls (incl. sales calls), encouraging the sale of company products at every opportunity, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, CSR's primary responsibility is ensuring that customer needs are met, The offered customer service should be of highest quality.
