Cash Room Specialist - Houston Galleria - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

• Follow all Cash Room security guidelines
• Investigate and resolve all Safe Fund Errors and communicate discrepancies to the Department Manager
• Create thorough, legible paperwork and file it daily after manager approval
• Demonstrate an understanding of the functions and maintenance of Cash Room equipment
• Display competency and ability to do basic math functions with accuracy and speed
• Demonstrate an understanding of Cash Room related reporting
• Meet or exceed the store’s Cash Room time standards
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability and initiative
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Strong organizational, math and written communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule based on department and store needs
