Summary
The Sr. Servicing ARM Loan Coordinator works in a fast paced environment with limited supervision. They will be cross-trained on various processes and work with internal business partners to implement smooth process flows and resolve issues. The primary responsibility of this position is to review ARM loans within the ARM workstation, upload indices to the system of record, audit ARM loans and ensure that loans are being serviced correctly.

Responsibilities
- Process all requests within established SLA
- Maintain and update the LPS Servicing software. This includes updating the ARM workstation and Payment Schedule systems to reflect any change in interest rate and/or payment information as well as insuring that all modified loan products are set up correctly
- Resolve research and service inquiries. Communicate effectively when responding to all verbal and written borrower inquiries. All responses must be reviewed by the Special Loans Manager
- Research all loan inquiries and perform loan maintenance on the system
- Complete all tasks as assigned within SLA
- Document online all system maintenance and customer inquiries
- Review the suspense account daily
- Report status of workload on a weekly basis to the Special Loans Manager
- Prepare monthly reports for all responsibilities within 3 days of month end and distribute to the Special Loan Manager for review
- Cross train and assist as back up support for all ARM Specialist and Special Loans Processor duties
- Relate with mortgagors, investors and title companies throughout the various types of Special Loan processing
- Interact with mortgage banking operations personnel, including various departments within the Mortgage Servicing Division, Shipping, Mortgage Operations and Secondary Marketing
- Train and assist Customer Service Representatives as necessary
- Participate in special projects as requested from the Special Loans Manager
- Identify possible suspicious activity or fraud during while performing Loan Servicing activities; including possible fraud from the Origination of the loan, and make appropriate referrals for further investigation

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience
- At least 1 year of Financial Services experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of ARM loan processing experience
