About this job
I have a client a luxury airline company who is looking for Customer Service Reps/ Reservation Agents who will be responsible for taking inbound calls surrounding reservations. This position is a M-F 8-5 position. They will take approximately 20 inbound calls per day and will be responsible for booking travel, providing customer service, and follow up as needed. The follow up will take place when additional information is needed or to follow up on reservations/pricing.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Travel Industry experience is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to type at a fast pace.
- Must be extremely professional.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
