Job Description

Position Overview

This position will report directly to the Director of Sales for Siemens Process Instrumentation (PI) and will support the PI Sales Director with general administration of sales support for sales management team. Will have responsibilities for some general office administration duties to support team as needed.

Responsibilities

Duties include tracking and reporting of sales performance and managing the process and workflow of the sales channel partner /agent contracts. This includes following the company procedure with the renewal, hiring and termination procedures of the Agents contracts, and ensuring compliance with the standards detailed by legal counsel.

* Supports the Sales Program and Sales Managers with the annual enrollment process and workflow of Partner+ and Customer+ programs.

* Arranging meetings for team

* Managing office supplies purchases

* Managing the correspondence between the sales team and the sales agents

* Provides sales tracking reports and monthly Dashboards.

* Maintains Target Customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

* Responsible for the Channel Partner / Agent contract process including the required due diligence and the creation of document through the entire workflow.

* Keeping the BP tool updated

* Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

The successful candidate should have

* An Associates College degree or Diploma

* 2-3 years of work experience preferable in a similar role

* High level of attention to detail and solid data entry skills

* Strong communication writing skills to manage the correspondence between the sales team and the Channel Partner / Agents

* Microsoft Office Skills -- Highly proficient in Word.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* BA/BS degree.

* Microsoft Office Skills -- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access etc.

* Able to prepare presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.

* Experience booking international travel.
