Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician. This position is responsible for taking inbound calls from and placing outbound calls to patients, physicians and/or payers to obtain refill orders and information regarding changes in benefits and/or insurance. Additional duties include assisting pharmacy services staff members with answering phones, triaging calls, filing and other administrative support activities. In addition, this position will complete RX entry.
Required Qualifications:
* NJ Pharmacy Technician License
*Customer Service experience
*Data Entry experience
*6 months experience as a Pharmacy Technician experience or training Preferred Qualifications:
*National Certification Education:
