Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Home Modality and Hospital Services team, and will be based out of our Atlanta business office. This individual

will be crucial to the success of the department and will sup port two Vice Presidents and several other teammates.

We are looking for someone with

proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-Suite and Senior Level executives .

Articulate written and verbal communication and the ability to organize and

manage multiple priorities is a MUST! DaVita is looking for an individual who

will go above and beyond to extend the highest level of service possible. Proactive and "get stuff done" attitudes to make things happen are key traits for

this position.

The

ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to juggle multiple

priorities, be flexible, creative, possess great initiative, be very adaptable

to change, be collaborative, take great initiative and be an

independent-thinker. An intermediate to advanced ability to work with Microsoft

Office applications is required-including a very strong working knowledge of

Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. A successful teammate in this role will be

expected to learn new processes and technological applications, which means we are

looking for someone with a desire to grow both personally and professionally in their EA career.

Duties include arranging and planning meetings, executive lunches, detailed

travel plans and scheduling multiple calendar appointments.

DaVita functions as a very

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

required Associate's degree or Bachelor's

degree in related field preferred Minimum of 8 years' experience as administrative or office assistant required;

demonstrated clerical skills including but not limited to managing complex calendars,

making travel arrangements, maintaining databases, and composing routine

correspondence and reports Minimum of 5 years experience

providing executive level administrative support strongly preferred Advanced computer skills and

proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required Essential Traits for Success as an Executive
