About this job
This position does not complete diagnostic testing in the reference laboratory but rather acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Contact Center while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts. Will take calls from physician's offices and answer questions above and beyond what a Customer Service Rep normally provides to clients and patients as it relates to medical test codes, processes and medical testing results. Answer technical questions from Customer Service Reps and facilitate information between the Customer Service Contact Center and the lab management/technical employees in the laboratory.
