Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the ideal candidate will work with a dynamic team of Registered Dietitians and have:

3 or more years' experience as a registered dietitian and Arkansas licensure and an advanced certification of CNSC is preferred Prior experience in acute care, critical care, utilizing the nutrition care process, electronic health records charting, experience with Sodexo' s Premier Room Service Program "At your Request" or prior room service program Responsibility for overseeing Clinical Dietitian orientation and competencies, coordinate clinical internship rotations and work on a variety of units providing nutrition care Primary representation of Clinical Nutrition at facility committees and assist with development of system Clinical Nutrition policies. Position Summary

Provides comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for most complex or specialized patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients and/or hospital personnel in complex principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Fulfills a leadership role and assumes the role of a Clinical Nutrition Manager in his/her absence. Acts as a regional resource in his/her area of expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
